RAFFAELE DE VITA: ERRARA humanum EST Diabolicum PERSEVERANCE!
happens to Raffaele De Vita, chairman of the council, to "forget" for the second consecutive time to put on the agenda of a city council the naming of the football field to Andreino and Alessandro D'Onofrio factor.
Without serious, very serious indeed, also a symptom of the sensitivity of the character.
If then the "forgetfulness" is due to the fact that the formal request for this award was received by Cyprus Nicola, a former commissioner now hated by the majority, which has instead embraced the cultured and the popular will, this is even worse.
some recognition to anyone who has become the protagonist in the time make it big in their country, regardless of color or political party and no one can afford to manipulate them for the consumption of sympathy and personal grudges.
also write down his stubbornness in continuing to convene the council in the morning, when the current majority, when it was in opposition, has supported for years the exact opposite.
sorry for Raffaele De Vita, which does not seem to realize that the decisions it has taken and continues to take the game to make others, who so easily take the distance, while the effect of him falling is undermining its political credibility that personal.
personally consider the fact Andreino very serious. This
be requested to resign as president of the council, if not from those advisers.
would be enough to redeem him in the eyes of citizens?

How To Reinstall Wireless Driver On Laptop
reforms, including constitutional, to free the economy
Cause someone's poverty is not wealth to someone else, if not in the current capitalism as a system in which there are equal starting conditions. These, then, we must pursue, in my humble opinion. For this, alongside a serious reform of the inheritance law to clearly Constitution that natural resources (land, water, air, ether) can never be private property, even in small part, but at most public grants to individuals, which must return to the community the fruit of their income through a 'tax type georgista , which can then be redistributed to all remaining public spaces.

How To Make Pakistani Clothes
The liberal theory of class struggle by Luigi De Marchi
I find of interest some aspects of Marxist theory and the scientific aspirations of Marx, but I think George Henry rightly called him "the prince of muddle-headed." Before studying Proudhon (and in the history books of political thought is still treated as a socialist utopia, however, or pre-scientific or unscientific) I had the prejudice that only Marx and Engels, there was the introduction of scientific methods (and mostly typical methods of science economic) in socialist thought. I invite everyone to study Proudhon directly from his writings. You will realize the enormous difference between what that has been written about him and what he wrote.
I find most interesting analysis today of Professor Luigi De Marchi. The latter writes that the class of exploiters is not the capitalist class, but the bureaucrats in the public and the exploited workers are not only so, but all workers in the private sector. I think there is much truth in this idea. I'd rather see the company that is presented as complex in its economic-political practice and I get so very simple. Who pays those who work in public? All, through taxation, which by definition coercive. Who pays those who work in private? All through the market, which should be freely negotiated. Politicians have played that role in any democracy real? Everywhere have increased public spending in particular have increased the bureaucracies of government and in some countries (eg Italy) have made the immovable public sector employees by creating a class unwilling to change, innovation and risk . All this in order to maintain a strong and stable consensus. True that at the same time have drugged the market of certain sectors rather than others and also some individual companies rather than others, but in fact companies like this can be called private? Deprived of the opportunity to compete on the open market for sure! The Moloch of the public has such close relations with large corporations "private" and creating a class of bankers that ultraprivilegiati also be removed from office and that together, and most of the politicians decide the fate of the world.
Conclusion: not casual or temporary workers of private contractors or employees (the real ones who pay taxes and have no public support) are the real exploiters and those who exploit them is the bureaucratic class in the public sector, through the imposition tax fund itself and its friends. In this context, I have not put the issue of public and private debt, an instrument of bankers and politicians to further oppress those who risk every day on his skin. In the face of everything I say it is possible to stop such perverse mechanisms Abolish all taxation that does not affect who takes possession of natural resources (or limits access to or pollute) and redistribute the proceeds of rent such as mothers (or who cares for the children) up to a certain age of the child.
With regards the acquisition of consensus, certainly not enough to be right, but you have to convince others of it. I think that this can not be implemented in a timely brief, but I do not think that should be limited to the study, since the policy, otherwise it can only deteriorate more and more. I think that the pursuit of social justice by going for and not against, for and not against the company and rocked the rent and financial speculation. The state minimum that would be more successful than what the prospectus of the monster we have today to hit then monopoly abuses which disrupt the free market competition. The equalization compensation, therefore, a good eye only in the current situation CREATED by a highly unfair. The basic income I think it's a good idea and I would be giving it to those who do not take possession of natural resources (and not restrict access, and does not pollute) and not just the unemployed. Mothers (or who takes care of children) it would give a larger share.

Who Sang Radioactive Song In 80
Federal States for the whole of historic Palestine
In Gaddafi's official website ( www.algathafi.org , located in 11 languages spoken on all continents - including the Italian - and big blunders in almost all these languages) there are the speeches by the Libyan leader on all the facts of the world and there is also a document, the so-called White Paper (Isratina), which I find very interesting. I worked for two months in Libya in 2005 and I was thus able to learn more about this country, I remain in my heart. My political sympathies for Gadhafi, however, are zero if not lower, but nevertheless, I find the above document the most reasonable people can read on the Palestinian issue, pointing to a federal state as a solution that combines the current Israel with the Arab territories of West Bank and Gaza (although some shades of Qaddafi's White Book on the Zionist movement, in my humble opinion, typical of those who are anti-Zionist bias). From the Arab point of view from which it is proposed that the new federal state should join the Arab League. From European federalist I am convinced that this proposal is a proposal gheddafiana common sense and foresight, but only if it would join another proposal, one that is advocated for decades by radical pannelliani: Israel to enter the European Union, mainly because Israel is still the only Western-style democracy in the Middle East.
Israeli democracy, like (if not more) than the Italian democracy is sick, prey to party politics and increasingly deluded that military force can save it from external enemies. Some of those who currently are treated as external enemies (Palestinian terrorists) would not be treated as such, if you catch on the solution of the single federal state. Send
Gaddafi and 2003 and from that date to today, virtually no actor in the field has taken into serious consideration of a federal solution, the only one who would take charge of the reasons for all stakeholders (not only Israelis and Jews Palestinian Arabs). The Palestinian issue has become a chronic wound that will fester even more. The daily violence in the area under the eyes of everyone, whatever the opinion we have in this regard.
imagine a historical fact that is also presented in the White Paper: The name of the entire area stretching from the Jordan to the Mediterranean (which borders on the territory of the Sinai, Jordan, Syria and Lebanon) is not that can be Palestine. This is his name for thousands of years. The name derives from its ancient inhabitants: the Philistines, from which "the land of the Philistines," or "land of the Philistines" (biblical expression that we find in Exodus 13:17, but in other verses in different books of the Hebrew Bible, the one for is commonly known as the Christian Old Testament). It is true that the Bible has many other names that land (which is considered holy by Jews, Christians, Muslims and Baha'is), but the only one still in use and that can bring together all secular and believers (and those among believers of different faiths) is the very name "Palestine", a name that continued to be used until the end of the British mandate. From the birth of the State of Israel that name was used only by its Arab inhabitants, but what is now commonly referred to only a portion of that land and some of its inhabitants until 1948 the whole country and as the geography of the territory may well be changed by the policy would go to call by name the whole of historic Palestine. Back
mentally to the period in which the name "Palestine" was used by all stakeholders. We can find the name in all documents that show the many projects and agreements of the time. The two main national groups in Palestine are the Arab and Jewish (which its interior is formed by ethnic subgroups from all continents). Both have equal rights throughout the territory of Palestine. For a jew believing the whole of historic Palestine is Eretz Israel, as an Arab Palestine, which is an Israeli citizen or not, always consider all of historic Palestine as a single territory.
It is fashionable in many circles, now challenging the origins of the Israeli state and someone who proposes a single state for all inhabitants of historic Palestine does it in this key anti-Zionist. Much depends, then, for a just peace, by that single state is proposed. It is my opinion that only a federal solution that guarantees equal treatment for all and guaranteeing individual freedoms to save Israel from a fate that would otherwise conflict is ongoing or final death of the Zionist dream.
analyze a bit 'the source of Israel. The century of Zionism Theodore Herzl was intended to establish a Jewish state, it was a safe haven for Jews around the world. The idea came from what was then known as the "Jewish question", which unfortunately I think it is still relevant even if it has taken new forms. The Jews have been persecuted for thousands of years or At least, when going well, tolerated. The Nazi persecution is not the last (of course with methodical and industrial criteria previously absent) in a long line. When Zionism was asked to found the Jewish state were several proposals: Cyprus, Argentina, Uganda, Al Jabal al Akhdar (territory of Cyrenaica, now Libyan municipalities), Sinai and Palestine. We then chose the latter, but the nineteenth-century Zionism was a secular movement only and, therefore, the choice was not required.
analyze a bit 'now the link between Arabs and Jews. The Israelites derived their name from Israel, or Jacob, son of Isaac's brother Ishmael, from whom it is believed that the Arabs are derived. In other words both claim to be descendants of Abraham, father of Isaac and Isamele. On several occasions in the history of persecuted Jews found refuge in the territories of their cousins the Arabs before and after the advent of Islam. Several times the Jews did prosper and helped militarily to defend the Arab lands where they lived. Let's see, for example, the history of the area of Wadi al-Qura (Valley Village, in the Arabian Peninsula, which takes its name because of the presence of Jewish villages), which then, however, the Jews were expelled from the second caliph payment of compensation. Era of good relations between Arabs and Jews was certainly one in which the ones and others were expelled from Andalusia by Christians and sought refuge at the Islamic and Arab territories.
Returning to a more recent period we can see that even before the birth of Israel there were those who proposed an independent federal State of Palestine. This was the British position during the whole period of World War II, a position that was written in the MacDonald White Paper, a document that was rightly seen as hostile to the Jews because it was under strong Jewish immigration restrictions, while the people European Jewry was exterminated. Even after the war the British kept the same idea, which was expressed by Lord Morrison of the program. The British idea, in fact, was to create a federal Palestinian puppet to maintain control in particular to the area to control the Straits of Suez. Meanwhile, the Zionists (also, at the time, through open acts of terrorism) were organized to create the State of Israel.
But what were the initial proposals on Palestine Zionist? Not lacking even by the Zionist proposals that evoked a binational state. The twelfth Zionist Congress, held in 1921, adopted the concept of a Jewish presence in Palestine, allied with the Palestinian Arabs to Jewish security. The state that wanted to build would have to ensure every individual of the two peoples.
The idea of wanting to divide Palestine into two states has shown to be largely a failure. Let's look better this idea by studying the area. The West Bank is a mountainous area that has mountains up to 1000 meters. The heart of Israel is at the foot of this mountain. Here lives a large part of the Israeli population. Here he worked most of its industries. If the West Bank and Gaza would become an independent Arab state would be a serious armed threat to Israel. The whole of historic Palestine is not large enough for two independent states, not counting the one million Arab citizens of Israel and the hundreds of thousands of Israeli settlers in the West Bank. With the birth of an Arab state in Palestine alongside the State of Israel many Jews say that should be taken to the Arab-Israeli citizenship to be transferred to the new State. How can we accomplish this? In any case, any such proposal is simply the application of the idea of ethnic cleansing and could only lead to further violence. These factual considerations, and secular ideals and then add those religious people who see the West Bank in Judea and Samaria, which is the heart of the Jewish nation. The question, then, is how to divide the land that the two parties each claiming for itself in full, but as add it! How to merge
very different realities, currently in opposition, if not through a federal solution? The aspirations for independence should not be doing more reasonable part of the political debate in any part the world and more so in that area and this should apply both to the Arab state of Palestine that was never born for the Israeli born in 1948. How Israel would live without its trade relations with the European Union? As without a solid alliance with the U.S.? As without good relations with Egypt and Morocco? As the Arabs of Palestine would live if he were finally closed the border with Israel? If employees could not go to work in Israeli companies? If Jordan also shut its border? Replace the concept of independence, then, that of interdependence. Ben Arab proposals are therefore aimed at federal solution to the Palestinian question, but as to which European federalism we must strive for is to transform the European Union in the United States of Europe with Israel upon his part, cultural ties, political and economic links between the Jewish state and Europe. The whole of historic Palestine with all its current inhabitants could well join the European Union ending the senseless discrimination between Israeli citizens and stateless Palestinians (who were themselves discriminated whether of Arab ethnicity). This new state could then join both the European Union of the Arab League.
go to one of the most controversial issues: the Palestinian refugees. These are Palestinian Arabs and their descendants, as early as 1948, went out of their homes because the birth of the State of Israel and, in most cases not acquired citizenship of the States which welcomed them. The new reality federal government should also consider the problem of resolving the refugee issue. The two-state solution would never be able to respond adequately to the question of refugees, while the federal solution, especially in the context of entry into international organizations such as the European Union and the Arab League, must end once and for all that also question.
Another controversial issue is also one of the "law of return", a law that allows Jews worldwide to move to Israel immediately acquiring citizenship. This law is what more than anything else makes the Zionist Jewish state and is also undoubtedly one of the causes of the conflict, beyond the fact that an area so small it could never accommodate all the Jews of the world. The federal solution, in a perspective of joining the European Union and the Arab League, the question arises of course in other terms. The EU could choose to adopt a "law of return" as the next European legislation the ultimate resolution of the Palestinian refugee problem and this could also be seen as just compensation for the damage caused by European colonialism to Palestine.
The name of the federal state in historic Palestine that would arise is in Gaddafi Isratina document, name at least bizarre, born from the union of the names Israel and Palestine. It seems clear that a similar name not be content to adopt it and neither side would be a victory for Qaddafi. Let the name can be officially Eretz Israel and Palestine. Our autonomous province of Bolzano can be a successful example of this being written into our constitution reppubblicana both of his names: South Tyrol.

How To Make A Costum Car On Midnight Club La
Gobetti allied with the extreme left of Gramsci and the nascent Bolshevik Communist Party. Because the same can not happen today? Why should not happen on a proposal to tax extraordinary property? Why could not happen to hit heavily and pensions, not just financial? Father of Adam Smith's economic liberalism is considered that in his masterpiece which is the Wealth of Nations is not soft against the classes who live in rent, the landlord wrote that "love does not reap where he has sown! Liberalism is based on ethics work and merit. What work are the speculators? What about those who have been enriched in an atmosphere far from competitive, or who, worse still, those inheriting wealth? The reduction in military spending that we see happening in the U.S. party system: the Libertarian Party (one of the so-called third parties) and the Libertarian present between Republicans and Democrats among the U.S. are the most liberal in the intransigent political scene overseas and join This intransigence on economic issues and the rule resulting in a minimum pacifist commitment to reduce military spending and the return of all troops home, believing that the only permissible war is one of defense. Returning to
Gobetti, the revolution Liberal he wrote would have to be liberal and enlightened as the English, French, and American, as well as the Soviet proletariat! The result of the struggle is not necessarily liberal capitalism, but it is certainly also the economic freedom and the two are not synonyms, as well explains the father of all the liberal anti-fascists is that the Cross. The state can afford to make the controller when there is a religious background that animates the ruling classes, the same religion which inspired the historic right that had as a balanced budget, the same religion Mazzini, the religion of freedom Croce . There is neither more nor liberal state state of any kind without this religious spirit!
Both the right to privacy that the "known to act" are "typical mold of" liberal "and both were incorporated in our Constitution in Articles 15 and 21. The two articles can not be put at odds with one another, with impunity, as do those who are in power today!
not enough to privatize, among other things, to ensure that there is competition! If companies go public by the hands of the parties to the owners of the steam you end up "privatize profits and socialize losses" and all with free private competition has nothing to do!
I think it is valid for every period of history, but more so it is today: there are liberals who do not put the goal of social justice! In 2010, as socialism can not be too liberal? It seems to me obvious that a political program liberalgobettiano priority should be proposed to the voters on the left. The Liberals, in my humble opinion, there should act! Gobetti left acted as a Democrat who looked favorably on the labor movement and its leadership Italian Bolshevik!

Why Is Family Guy So Mean To Meg
Why is condemned always and only Israel?
The Zionists who founded the State of Israel knew that the Jewishness of their state was a problem (to put it mildly) for the Arabs of Palestine. The solution, however, is not to dismantle Israel and throw the Jews into the sea, as some would like! One solution would be the entry of Israel into the European Union, the EU as a federation of states united with the United States: United States of America and Europe (and soon also including Morocco and Turkey). It is conceivable
a U.S. State which is characterized by being the state of a particular ethnicity? In the federal system even a possible Palestinian Arab (and Islamic socially) liberal and could easily enter. I believe that most Arabs ambirebbe to enter into such a reality. I worked in Libya for two months. I attended araboisraeliani (I also hosted a student in what was his residence in Italy) Palestinians in the diaspora and their descendants, and I think that the barbarism of the past decades has not diminished the desire for peace of the majority of the Palestinians. What peace is possible outside of a serious operation that transfers Western Europe and Israel and restores hope to all the liberals? The occupation of Arab lands of historic Palestine has now become normal, unfortunately, was not invented by the Israelis. West Bank and Gaza were occupied respectively by Jordan and Egypt before the 1967 war and there was all this international outrage. Those who have lived or studied that period in September and then the black is well aware that we treat our brothers the Arabs to the Palestinians was far worse than all the period of Israeli occupation.
Bliz against Israeli soldiers in the Mavi Marmara fired aiming at the head of the prisoners? I do not believe, and, however, were able to behave otherwise than they have behaved in that situation? Certainly those who had not commanded them to make sure that they were in that situation!
All reflectors are increasingly and almost exclusively focused on Israel and Israel do whatever is eventually convicted and also prejudiced by the UN Security Council, Arab League, from the Vatican, many European politicians, almost all NGOs recognized and not recognized in the UN, supply chains and business Italian or Swedish, by fanatics around the world and so on. Why is not the same attention or treatment that the Palestinian Arabs also reserve their own countrymen nor to any other geopolitical reality?

Companions radicals, we enter the PD?
Once attracted radicals. How many former violent radicals became nonviolent in the 70s! From a certain point in time, however, many former radicals went elsewhere. Because first attracted radicals and now reject? Certainly something has changed. Pannella, I love, closed the Radical Party and had it not been for the assembly of a thousand friends we would still cloak and the Movement Pannella Club, which was not bad, but it certainly was something different than what was before and from what we have now. Break up always all part of the biodegradability of some radical that is environmentally friendly, but it is also a symptom of self-destruction and the other parties of all this end up being afraid. See also the case with Rose in the Fist. I do not think at all that all responsibilities of the non-operation agreement with the Socialists are to be attributed to the radicals, but they certainly need to refound the Italian Radical Party (possibly along with the radicals outside the Italian Radicals like me) and make it into the PD. My proposal is to open circles PD that are explicitly and methodologically radical, socialist, liberal, secular, liberal, Republican, Liberal, European federalists, nonviolent, neoazionisti, geolibertari. This is great news and I think that would repellent rather than attractive force. Fellow Italian Radicals, what do you think?

cutting spending! The politics of illusion
The program of the People of Liberty was the abolition of the provinces in these terms:
"So do not add the tax burden.
Rather, we try to reduce it.
Without the goal of law enforcement and recovery of
'tax evasion.
Our commitment will be on the opposite side of public spending,
that will reduce its part too, does not guarantee
social, and therefore compressible.
Since the cost of politics and bureaucracy
(eg Provinces useless). "There are provinces
useful and what and why? About the electoral program of the PDL also recommend the following interesting web page that states that the PDL, after the elections rigged its program!

The election program of the Democratic Party in parliamentary elections 2008 is this one:

The only abolition of the provinces of which we speak is the "Elimination of the provinces where they are metropolitan cities. " Well, honestly I think little stuff!
A vote should be fewer and fewer people. Those who abstained are a mass electoral potential that sooner or later someone will notice and use. As will be used at the present time nobody knows. It will be a dictator? It will be a democratic party (of course I am not referring here to the PD)? Who knows? Certainly we can say that our democratic system is not beyond the assessment of the goodness or otherwise of democracy. In a system in which the owner of the means of mass communication is the head of the government, has major interests in construction, publishing, film, finance, football and who knows how many and which other areas, that democracy c ' is it? In an electoral system which decides who comes in parliament are few people with blocked lists (in the absence of preferences) is that democracy? About
structural economic reforms that I think the state should give only the social pension, old age and disability. Leaving the rest to the free (so no more compulsory) private pensions and introducing series and universal social protection measures for those who really can not find means of survival. Should be also made cuts to health care, along with a major rationalization of the sector. Our health is not much more expensive than other countries, but wasted too many and often scandalous. Public spending should be overall size and content. Many civil servants should simply be fired! Regarding the cost of the policy makes them almost zero! We cut the money to the politicians and give them reimbursement for their expenses documented, with the obligation to make public (on web) their accounts. The waste would still be there, but certainly there would be even greater democratic control.

The Aud Seating Chart
In a civilized country as a state broadcaster RAI (which receives public money) does not make silly programs such as the Isle of the famous and does not compete with other television networks by collecting revenues from advertising. In Italy, neither the left nor the right intend to change that bleak. Broadcasters Public and private national television channels are under the control of the system, but the scheme is not only Berlusconi.
like Berlusconi because it believed that "eat and is eating", but its policy is only his interests, stripping Italy of honest people who work and have its privileges. Politicians are all the same, but the politicians are not all politicians! Berlusconi does not like to two-thirds of Italians, but that does not mean anything. He makes his money and politics with the creation of illusions. The Northern League is a different thing, much more dangerous. Mr Berlusconi will be no more, the Northern League will, unfortunately.
